Sales Coordinator
Simone brings over 10 years of experience in leasing and sales, along with experience as an assistant property manager. Her background includes luxury, active adult, and independent living communities, giving her a strong understanding of creating places residents are proud to call home. With a servant’s heart, Simone is passionate about building genuine relationships and fostering a warm, family-like community at The Orchards at Market Plaza. Outside of work, Simone enjoys being a devoted wife and mother to her son. She loves spending time with family, traveling, lake days, and sports, and brings that same energy and care to every resident she serves.
Gaby
Lifestyle Coordinator
Gaby was born and raised in Richardson, Texas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, so Fayetteville holds a special place in her heart. She enjoys trying out new recipes, getting crafty, playing games, and spending time with her family, friends, and cats. Gaby absolutely loves hosting friends and family - primarily throwing dinner or pool parties - and loves making appetizers and drinks for any occasion. She is grateful to be part of such a fabulous community!
