Community Manager

Originally from Oklahoma, Catherine Allen made the move to Texas a few years ago, bringing with her a passion for problem-solving and a deep commitment to making people happy. As a wife and mother to two energetic boys, ages 4 and 8, she knows the importance of finding balance, keeping things running smoothly, and creating positive experiences for those around her. Catherine’s drive comes from a genuine desire to help others and find solutions, no matter the challenge. Whether it's tackling a tough project or providing the support people need, Catherine is always ready to roll up her sleeves and deliver results with a smile.

Holly

Leasing Manager

Holly is a native Texan and was born and raised in Fort Worth. She attended Tarleton State University, where she earned her AA degree. After that, she pursued he real estate license and worked in residential real estate for 3 years. Holly has been a part of the Greystar Active Adult family for 1 year, and has a passion for understanding people's needs and wants and discovering the "why" behind their move.

Krysta

Leasing Consultant

Krysta is a Frisco, Texas native. With six years of experience as an esthetician at prestigious brands like Dior and Benefit Cosmetics, followed by a decade in home healthcare, she transitioned into real estate, earning her license along the way. Krysta then discovered her passion in the Active Adult platform at Greystar in December of 2023. Beyond work, she finds joy in traveling, partaking in fun activities with friends, and spending time with her boyfriend & daughter.

Gaby

Lifestyle Coordinator

Gaby was born and raised in Richardson, Texas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, so Fayetteville holds a special place in her heart. She enjoys trying out new recipes, getting crafty, playing games, and spending time with her family, friends, and cats. Gaby absolutely loves hosting friends and family - primarily throwing dinner or pool parties - and loves making appetizers and drinks for any occasion. She is grateful to be part of such a fabulous community!

Klay

Service Supervisor

Klay Odom is a dedicated Service Supervisor based in Texas since 2016, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing team operations. With years of experience in his field, he ensures that service standards are consistently met while maintaining a high level of quality. Outside of work, Klay enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors. He is also a proud husband and father of two, valuing quality time spent with his family. Klay’s blend of professional expertise and personal passions makes him a well-rounded individual who thrives both at work and at home.

Henry

Service Technician

Henry is originally from Southeast Oklahoma and now lives in East Plano. Henry enjoys baking, car shows, motorcycle riding, and a good game of solitaire. He joined the Orchards Market Plaza team in April 2024 and says that his favorite parts about his job are the residents and other team members! Henry loves a good steak, and enjoys watching action movies as well as romantic comedies.
